Kara McDonald is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the litigation workgroup. Before joining Irell & Manella, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable John M. Rogers, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Kara also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer B. Coffman, District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
