Jeremiah Kelman is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella.
While at University of Southern California law school, his note, E-Nuisance: Unsolicited Bulk E-Mail at the Boundaries of Common Law Property Rights (2004), won the Scribes Note and Comment Award, which is given annually to the best law review note in the country by the American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects.
Mr. Kelman also had the honor of working as an extern for the Honorable Justice Earl Johnson, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Second District.
Outside of law, Mr. Kelman's interests include travel, cooking, and snowboarding.
