Ronnie Roy is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the entertainment, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements, and securities law and corporate governance practice groups.

Mr. Roy earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2005, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar.  Mr. Roy received his B.A., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania.
