Benjamin Glatstein is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.
Mr. Glatstein received his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of the University of Chicago Law Review and a student fellow with the Olin Program in Law and Economics. While in law school, Mr. Glatstein authored "Tertiary Copyright Liability," published at 71 U. Chi. L. Rev. 1605 (2004). Following law school, Mr. Glatstein completed a clerkship with the Honorable Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Glatstein's personal interests include reading and cooking.
