Ben Balding is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Mr. Balding’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels.  His experience includes matters in securities litigation (internal investigations of corporations; complex class action and derivative cases; SEC-related matters), white collar defense, fraud, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California False Claims Act, insurance, and bankruptcy.
