Ofer Bleiweiss is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where his practice encompasses a broad range of complex litigation matters. His experience includes matters in securities litigation (complex class action and derivative matters; internal investigations of corporations; SEC-related matters), healthcare law (internal investigations; counseling clients on state and federal compliance), trademarks, contracts, and white collar criminal defense.

Mr. Bleiweiss earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review. He earned B.A. degrees in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.

During his spare time, Mr. Bleiweiss enjoys sports, traveling, and screenwriting. Mr. Bleiweiss is fluent in Hebrew.
