Wendy Sugg is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the litigation workgroup. Ms. Sugg's primary areas of practice involve litigation in state and federal courts (including complex class action and employment matters, breach of contract, and professional negligence) and white collar criminal defense (including defense of securities fraud, bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, voter intimidation, False Claims Act violations, and healthcare fraud).
In 2007, Ms. Sugg was selected for inclusion in Los Angeles Magazine's Southern California "Rising Stars" in litigation.
Prior to joining Irell & Manella, Ms. Sugg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Shirley Wohl Kram of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
