Issa Moe is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights practice group.

Mr. Moe earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of International Law and Policy (now the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law).  Mr. Moe earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia.  While at the University of Virginia, Mr. Moe was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.

Mr. Moe enjoys community involvement.  While in law school, Mr. Moe served as a member of Penn Advocates for the Homeless, where he assisted in the resolution of various legal matters for underprivileged individuals in the Philadelphia region.
