Jeremiah S. Helm

Jeremiah Helm is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Mr. Helm received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Law in 2007, which he attended as a Darrow Scholar and where he was the executive article editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.  He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Princeton University in 2004, and has published articles on organic synthesis, high-throughput screening, inhibitor design, antibiotic mechanism of action, and structural determination using NMR.

Mr. Helm has authored the following legal articles:
