Adam S. Goldberg

Adam S. Goldberg is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Mr. Goldberg received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Law Review.  While at law school, he authored "Reaffirming McClain: The National Stolen Property Act and the Abiding Trade in Looted Cultural Objects," 53 UCLA Law Rev. 1031 (2006).  Mr. Goldberg earned his A.B. with honors, magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he won departmental honors in East Asian Studies and published an honors thesis translating the fourth-century poetry of Tao Yuanming.

Prior to joining Irell & Manella, Mr. Goldberg served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Honolulu, HI.
