Ashley Boizelle is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.

Ms. Boizelle earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a submissions editor for the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism and a senior editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review.

She received her B.A. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University, where she was awarded the Woodrow Wilson School's R.W. van de Velde award for her paper on European Constitutionalism and the European Court of Justice, served as the Princeton Fellow for the Center for the Study of the Presidency, and led policy task forces on the European Union and international cultural property law.
