Mr. Kreutzer is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella.
Mr. Kreutzer earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was assistant managing editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty. While at law school, Mr. Kreutzer authored "Cap and Trade: A Behavioral Analysis of the Sulfur Dioxide Emissions Market," 62 N.Y.U. Ann. Surv. Am. L. 125 and "Causation and Repentance: Reexamining Complicity in Light of Attempts Doctrine," 3 N.Y.U. J. L. & Liberty 155 (2008), and received the Flora S. and Jacob L. Newman Prize (awarded to the outstanding senior member of the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty). Mr. Kreutzer also authored "Somebody Has to Pay: Products Liability for Spyware," 45 Am. Bus. L.J. 61 (2008).
Before joining Irell & Manella, Mr. Kreutzer clerked for the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.Bar Admissions
