Jay Chung is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup. Mr. Chung earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was the Technology Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.

After law school, Mr. Chung served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
