Vicki Chou is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the firm's litigation workgroup.
Ms. Chou earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an article editor and a student writing editor of the Journal of Law & Technology. While at law school, Ms. Chou authored "The Naked Clone," which was published at 17 Harv. J.L. & Tech. 568 (2004) and "Making Your Mark on Google," which was published at 18 Harv. J.L. & Tech. 479 (2005). Ms. Chou was also a semifinalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition and took first place at the 2006 Immigration Law Moot Court Competition.
Before joining Irell & Manella, Ms. Chou clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Payne of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Prior to entering law school, Ms. Chou worked as a research assistant for the Program in Medical Ethics at the University of California, San Francisco.
