Daniel P. Hipskind is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's IP litigation group.

Mr. Hipskind received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform.  He was also a finalist and best brief award winner in the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition.  Mr. Hipskind received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
