Kevin Finch, resident in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, is a member of the firm’s transactions workgroup. Mr. Finch’s practice focuses on transactional areas including securities regulation, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions of publicly and privately held companies, venture capital transactions, a variety of other corporate and technology-related transactions and general corporate representation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Finch worked as an electrical engineer for the Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, California.
