Kevin Finch is a transactional partner in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP. Mr. Finch maintains a broad-based corporate and transactional practice, servicing clients in a wide range of sectors, including technology, cable and telecommunications, retail, gaming and homebuilding.
