Matthew Sepper is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. Mr. Sepper's practice focuses on commercial litigation. His experience includes a complex commercial litigation matter in Delaware Chancery Court involving a contract dispute between an international restaurant chain and its franchisees, as well as complex commercial litigation matters in Nevada State Court and the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada regarding a real estate development in the Las Vegas area.
Mr. Sepper earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2009, where he was a member of the Stanford Journal of International Law. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in History from Rice University in 2006, where he was selected Phi Beta Kappa and a member of the History Honors Program.
Mr. Sepper speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
