Melissa Sedrish Rabbani is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP where she is a member of the firm's litigation practice group.  Prior to joining Irell, Ms. Rabbani was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York where she gained experience handling antitrust, insurance and general commercial litigation matters. 

Ms. Rabbani earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008 where she was a Contributing Editor of the Michigan Law Review.  After graduating law school, Ms. Rabbani worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford of the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Santa Ana, CA.  She earned her A.B. in Government from Harvard University in 2005. 

Ms. Rabbani is proficient in Spanish.
