Elliot Chen is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP.
Mr. Chen earned his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor of Law and Contemporary Problems. While in law school, Mr. Chen served as a Judicial Intern for Special Master Brian H. Corcoran of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also assisted in preparing an appeal for appropriate post-conviction relief as a member of the Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
Mr. Chen earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College. As an undergrad, he worked at Johns Hopkins University as a Research Assistant in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, where he performed statistical analysis and results from the 1000 Genome Project and located high variability areas in the human genome.
