Sharon Song represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including a shareholder class action and in connection with an SEC inquiry.

Sharon earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was supervising editor of the Journal on Legislation. While in law school, Sharon interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the Economic Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston.

Sharon holds an A.B. in Sociology, cum laude, from Harvard College. She is fluent in Korean.
