Eli Aizenman is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP. Mr. Aizenman specializes in complex business litigation and intellectual property litigation, and his practice also includes patent post-grant proceedings.
Mr. Aizenman earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. Ch.), contract litigation related to whether Gilead owed a bonus payment under a merger agreement related to Gilead's cancer-fighting PI3K inhibitor Zydelig. Following a trial, the Delaware Court of Chancery issued a complete defense verdict, rejecting the plaintiff's claim for over $50 million in damages.
