Zoya Lozoya Holladay is a transactional associate in the Newport Beach office of Irell & Manella LLP.
Ms. Holladay earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as a Teaching Fellow for CopyrightX, as well as a Line Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. While in law school, Ms. Holladay worked as an extern for Greater Boston Legal Services, assisting pro bono clients in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Holladay earned her B.A. in English, with honors and distinction, from Stanford University. She received the Latino/Chicano Community Scholar Award, which is awarded to the graduating Latino/a senior with the highest grade point average. Ms. Holladay also earned the Chair's Award for Undergraduate Research and the Award for Excellence in her Honors Thesis Presentation. She was also named a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow.
