Olivia Weber is an associate in the Litigation group. She represents clients in a range of disputes, including in the areas of antitrust, copyright, contract, patent, trademark and California unfair competition. Olivia also has an active pro bono practice that includes immigration and quiet title matters.
Before joining Irell, she clerked for the Hon. Morgan B. Christen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for the Hon. Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Olivia earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She received the Faculty Award (highest performance in a course) for her work in Property Law, Environmental Law, Federal Indian Law, Legal Research, and the Environmental Law Clinic. Olivia also received Pro Bono High Honors and earned a UCI Law Legacy Award. She served as research editor and staff editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.
Prior to law school, Olivia earned a B.A. in Philosophy with high honors from the University of Montana, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Team.
