This daylong seminar covered critical changes in trademark law and successful strategies that all IP attorneys and brand owners should know. The sessions covered recent Ninth Circuit precedent on the Lanham Act, changes in the Right of Publicity caselaw, ways to combat frivolous trademark infringement claims, and strategies for appeals to the TTAB.
