Morgan Chu participated on a panel entitled "Judicial Appointments Process" as a member of Senator Boxer's Judicial Advisory Committee on July 26, 2014 in Los Angeles, California at the Multicultural Bar Alliance and Asian Pacific American Bar Association's series on Diversifying the Bench.  Panel members also included Jason P. Lee, Esq., Chair of California State Bar Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation (JNE); Honorable Lourdes G. Baird (Ret.), Member of Senator Dianne Feinstein's Judicial Advisory Committee; L.A. Superior Court Judge Lynne Hobbs; and Gustavo N. Sztraicher, recently appointed Judge to L.A. Superior Court.
