Chambers Associate annual satisfaction surveys ranked Irell among “The Elite” for associate satisfaction, career development, associate retention and quality of life.

Chambers Associate invites firms’ junior associates to respond to an online survey covering every aspect of law firm life. The satisfaction scores include questions on stress and mental health, career development and retention; the career progression and retention scores include work acquisition and practice-building, partner mentoring, client contact, quality of case experiences and pro bono work that develops skills; and the quality of life scores include salary, hours, flexible working and parental policy.
