Irell Named California's IP Litigation Department of the Year

Irell & Manella has been named the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Year for California by The Recorder, Northern California's largest legal publication. In evaluating nominees, The Recorder considered IP litigation wins secured by California-based practices over a 12-month period. In weighing each litigation result, The Recorder staff considered the difficulty of the matter, its strategic or monetary value to the client, and how creative, efficient and effective the chosen litigation strategy proved to be, as well as the breadth and depth of each practice.
