Michael Fleming Named an IP Trailblazer by The National Law Journal

Michael Fleming was named one of the 2016 Intellectual Property Trailblazers by The National Law Journal. The list features individuals who have moved the needle in the IP area. Fleming was honored for helping Congress draft the post-grant provisions of the America Invents Act and playing a critical role in the creation of the IPR statute, as the former chief administrative patent judge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
