Morgan Chu was selected as one of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys.” The list recognizes the “very best” Los Angeles litigators who have recently obtained significant victories.
The publication noted that Morgan recently co-led a team that secured a $2.3 billion final judgment for VLSI Technology LLC in a suit against Intel Corp. involving two patents on technology used in Intel's microprocessors. Morgan was also recognized for persuading the U.S. Supreme Court to rule 9-0 in favor of NantKwest, which is developing cancer treatments using natural killer cells.
