WARF Team Recognized as Winning Litigators by National Law Journal

The Irell & Manella team that secured a $234-million jury verdict for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) in a patent trial against Apple was recognized by The National Law Journal in its Winning Litigators special report. Published on December 5, 2016, the report profiles the 2015 win for WARF and offers trial tips from the lawyer who led the team, Morgan Chu.

In addition to Chu, the WARF trial team included Jason Sheasby, Alan Heinrich, Annita Zhong, Christopher Abernethy and Tony Rowles. The home team included Richard Birnholz and Rebecca Carson.
