Morgan Chu Named to Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers List

Morgan Chu was recognized as one of the Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers in California for 2018. Morgan was noted for his work in NantKwest Inc. v. Iancu, 2016-1794 (Federal Circuit, July 27, 2018), in which he convinced an en banc panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to reject the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s position that applicants who appeal to a district court must foot the agency’s legal bills, regardless of who wins.
