The Daily Journal named Lisa Glasser to its 2020 Top Women Lawyers list, highlighting her work as co-lead counsel in United Services Automobile Association’s (USAA’s) separate patent trial victories against Wells Fargo, which resulted in more than $300 million in jury awards for USAA—plus individual findings of willful infringement—in cases involving mobile remote deposit technology. The publication also noted that she is currently representing Glaukos Corp. in patent litigation against Ivantis Inc. involving a tiny medical device to treat glaucoma.
