Jason Sheasby Named Law360 IP MVP

Jason Sheasby was selected as a 2022 Law360 IP MVP. Jason was one of only five attorneys nationwide to be recognized in the category. Law360 MVPs are attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the past year through high-stakes litigation, record-breaking deals and complex global matters.

Law360 noted that Jason has notched a succession of big trial wins in the past year: a $218.45 million infringement verdict for USAA in a case against PNC Bank involving mobile check deposit patents; a $300 million verdict for PanOptis in a suit against Apple relating to patents essential to 4G LTE technology; and a $48 million verdict for the City of Pomona in a case against SQM North America for groundwater contamination, which involved a century-old SQM patent.
