Proctor and Tuan Tapped for LCLD Leadership Programs

03.2020

Amy Proctor was selected as the firm’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2020, and Elizabeth Tuan was chosen as LCLD Pathfinders. Both are year-long programs designed to help a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

The Fellows program is aimed at mid-career emerging leaders and includes conferences, training on the fine points of legal practice, peer group projects that foster collaboration and relationship-building, and events with LCLD leaders.

The Pathfinders program is designed to provide critical career development strategies and training to high-performing, early-career attorneys who have demonstrated potential to become future leaders in the legal profession. It includes workshops, peer networking and other activities.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 320 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. For more information, visit www.lcldnet.org.
