Managing IP Recognizes Irell’s Work for Netlist as Impact Case of the Year

Managing IP celebrated the achievements of the intellectual property law community on April 9 at its Managing IP Awards 2026 Americas ceremony. Irell was recognized for our work on Netlist v Samsung, which was highlighted as an impact case of the year.

The Irell trial team included Jason Sheasby, Lisa Glasser, Tony Rowles, Andrew Strabone, Michael Tezyan and Isabella Chestney. Annita Zhong, Rebecca Carson, Stephen Payne, Ben Manzin-Monnin and Drew Henderson all were key parts of the prep team. McKool Smith PC was co-counsel for Netlist.
